Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING (U.S., Canada, and Worldwide)

We ship via USPS for U.S. and Canada orders, and through international carriers for worldwide orders. Please be aware of the current global shipping situation, which may cause slight delays. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has shipped.

International Shipping:
For worldwide orders, please be aware that delivery times can vary depending on your location and customs regulations. Delivery times may take anywhere from 7–21 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be incurred during international shipping. The recipient is responsible for these additional charges.

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address carefully, as we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect, closed, or undeliverable addresses. If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or business closure, and is returned to sender, we are not responsible for any shipping fees or charges. We are happy to ship your package to a different address, but you will be asked to cover the reshipping costs.

Transit Delays:
We are not responsible for delays in transit once the package leaves our studio. We do not control transit times or what happens during shipping. Should your package be delayed, lost, or arrive damaged, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.

Returned to Sender:
Any "returned to sender" packages due to incorrect addresses, business closures, or undeliverable addresses are the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional shipping fees for reshipping.

Once your package leaves our studio, it is no longer our responsibility.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier, as we have no control over what happens once the package has been shipped.
